We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to the original payment method used. Processing times thereafter are controlled by your bank, and although often quicker, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to appear on your statement.
