We offer a 30-day return period, beginning from the day you receive your item.
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, alongside proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that return costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Additionally, your product must be unused to qualify for a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., personalised or special orders), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you should make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
